We are currently recruiting for an Sushi Chef to join the Zuma family at the award winning Zuma Rome.
The Sushi Chef Role:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similarly high end, high volume kitchen, as well as, previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi of the highest quality. An outgoing and passionate approach is desired as you will interact with a multi cultural kitchen team and customers around the Sushi counter.
Excellent knife and food preparation skills are a must.
The position offers the opportunity to further develop your career in one of the most exciting and highly regarded global restaurant collections.
