By accessing or using the website www.rysto.com, its apps and offered services (hereinafter referred to as "Rysto" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read the following carefully.

1. Nature of the service and parties involved

Rysto is a platform managed by a non-profit association, with the aim of facilitating connections between professionals and companies operating in the hospitality and restaurant industry.

The users of the platform may include:

• Member companies: businesses that publish job offers and manage applications;
• Registered professionals: job seekers looking for opportunities;
• Partners and collaborators: external parties providing integrated or promotional services;
• Unregistered users: visitors browsing public content.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Using Rysto implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time; please check this section periodically.

Registering or continuing to use the platform implies acceptance of any future updates.

3. Minimum requirements and responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Rysto.
• You agree to provide truthful and updated information.
• You are responsible for the use of your login credentials and any activity performed through your account.
• You agree to use the platform in compliance with the law, these terms, and the rights of other users.

4. Privacy and data protection

5. User content and conduct

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish, including personal data, resumes, images, and messages.

The following are prohibited:

• Publishing offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading content;
• Using the platform for spam, external promotions, or product sales;
• Harassing, offending, or harming other users.

Rysto reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Job posting and promotions

Companies may post job offers on the platform free of charge.

They may also activate paid promotions to increase the visibility of their listings.

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the user acknowledges and accepts that once a paid promotion is activated on Rysto.com, the service is considered fully delivered and no right of withdrawal applies.

As this is a personalized digital service, requested by the user and activated immediately, no refunds will be issued for promotions, even if the listing is modified, removed, or the account is later deactivated.

7. Limitation of liability

Rysto acts solely as a digital intermediary between candidates and companies. It does not guarantee hiring outcomes and is not responsible for:

• User-published content;
• Actions or conduct of third parties (companies or professionals);
• Any damages, losses, or service disruptions related to the platform's use.

8. Security

Users must keep their login credentials confidential and promptly notify info@rysto.com in case of unauthorized access.

9. Ownership rights

All Rysto content (texts, logos, software, images) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.

10. Account deactivation

Users can request account deactivation at any time by emailing info@rysto.com.

Rysto may deactivate an account due to rule violations, inactivity, or upon user request.

11. Changes to the Terms

Rysto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.
