looking for a chef taking care of running the kitchen of a new coming "italian kitchen&bar" in the netherlands, in the start up and training the staff phase only. 2/3 months contract. the applicant’s requirements are: good knowledge of the italian cuisine basics and prooven experience in managing a kitchen crew. no stars michelin needed.
