our group is growing and we are now looking for a passionate person to become the manager of mercante. if you match with these criteria: - are a native italian (or you speak fluently the language), can speak fluent english and hopefully chinese - with at least 2-year previous working experience (abroad better) - are passionate about the food and beverage culture of italy - have a nice smile - have great attention to detail - have great patience - enjoy talking to people - are service oriented and you feel to deal with these responsibilities: • manage all f&b and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and quality standards • report on general manager regarding sales results and customers satisfaction • plan events, design special menus for parties and big groups, purchase goods and regularly meet up with suppliers of f&b to be updated about the new products and prices • identify and react to customers needs and guarantee the adequate level of customer service and satisfaction • recruit and train personnel. organize their schedules. control the respect of the procedures and policies • lead f&b team to meet the established targets and kpi’s • responsible that all health and safety regulations are respected by the team • team up with pr agency for branding and marketing activities then contact us for an interview!
