For the newly and to be opened PURE Resort Ehrwald 4****Superior hotel and Restaurant Vyne, we are looking for a passionate Chef. In the kitchen of Vyne, we work with high-quality products and pure ingredients where you present dishes with your/our identity and with an Italian touch. Craftsmanship and personal service are important characteristics for us. As a family and with Vyne, we would like to introduce a new food concept and gastronomy in the Tyrolean Ehrwald….
At Vyne guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks and our shared-dining concept.
How do we see it? After a sportive day outside, we would like to invite guests for a drink and a small bite in our lounge area. In the evening, the culinary journey will continue where the chef will show his passion and affinity for cooking with pure ingredients and where he or she can show and taste his/her own identity.
In this position you will be working in an enthusiastic Food & Beverage team and you will report directly to the family Hoekstra. However, as Chef of Vyne, you will be responsible for the daily management of the kitchen staff.
What makes you perfect for this job?
- You have a culinary degree OR you can demonstrate this level (after all, everything revolves around taste)
- You have gained experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants
- You have been in charge of a kitchen with a staff of minimum 4-5 people
- You have affinity with Italian cuisine, but you are also familiar with international cuisine
- As Chef you are willing to develop yourself and you are open for change
- You can deal with stress well
- You are flexible in your working schedule
- You can work both as a team and independently
- You are guest-oriented, be representative and have a positive attitude
