For the newly to be opened PURE Resort Ehrwald 4**** Superior hotel and Restaurant Vyne we are looking for a passionate Sous-chef. As Sous-chef you work in a young and ambitious team. If you are specialized in a certain kitchen department or when you work all-round, we have room for both. With our team we have only one goal, a more than satisfied guest….
In the kitchen of Vyne we work with quality products and pure ingredients where craftsmanship and personal service are key pillars. Guests can enjoy a varied breakfast, lunch, snacks and our shared-dining concept. As a family and with Vyne, we would like to introduce a new food concept and gastronomy in the Tyrolean Ehrwald.
What makes you perfect fort his job?
- You have a culinary degree OR you can demonstrate this level (after all, everything revolves around taste)
- You have gained experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants
- You have affinity with Italian and international cuisine
- You are willing to develop yourself
- You can deal with stress well
- You can work both as a team and independently
- You are guest-oriented and have a positive attitude
