ITALIAN HEAD CHEF IN NORTH SYDNEY With a brand new hospitality venue located in a stunning location in the middle of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and only one hour north of the Sydney CBD, our client is looking for a talented Italian Head Chef to help make this new venue a success!
We are seeking an Italian Head Chef passionate about authentic Italian food and with great knowledge on Woodfire Pizza and fresh pasta products. The ideal candidate will have: excellent work ethic experience in managing people, food costs, wages costs a positive attitude ability to multi task willing to work in all parts of the kitchen ability to train and drive staff to achieve extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine high standards of food service
Must have excellent English language skills and a car to reach the location.
